An opportunity to join our Shanghai based consultancy firm, specializing in assisting foreign clients with China strategic market entry, market research, establishment, mergers & acquisitions across a wide range of businesses and industries.
The Financial Services Manger oversees the daily operations of the company's financial department and ensures the smooth accurate and timely management of the department's services to clients
He/she uses long-range financial planning, statistical analysis, profit and loss statements and financial models to evaluate the health of the company and to determine the best path forward to ensure profitability. The Financial Services Manager is responsible to ensure that the company's cash flow remains positive and all departments are able to operate to the company's financial procedures.
As a member of the company's leadership team, the Financial Services Manager will be involved in a range of strategic planning and internal initiatives. He/she will implement infrastructure and systems needed to support strategic objectives.
The open position is available immediately and requires a great attitude and broad skill set. A legal background or paralegal experience would be helpful.

Requirements for the role are:
- Professional client servicing experience, preferebly from consultancy or big four background
- Experience as CFO and in professional services is preferred
- University and professional qualifications in accountancy are mandatory
- Aged 30 to 45 years, with 10 years plus working experience
- A proven track record in managing teams and aspirations to be a partner of the firm
- Native Chinese speakers with excellent spoken English and report writing in English
- Experience in operating and managing ERP's such as Kingdee
- A commitment to excellence and teamwork
- Flexibility to handle a broad range of company work assignments and needs
